Please read through the following information before scheduling your appointment.
If you have booked with us before, please read through for updates.
Update: If you are traveling from outside of Massachusetts, please note that we have travel restrictions for all Massage Therapy appointments. You will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to your arrival in Massachusetts, or proof that you have been fully vaccinated for more than 14 days and do not present any symptoms. If you do not have either of these, we will not be able to offer you any Massage Therapy services.
Update: We are not offering Couple’s Packages at this time, while we have to keep everyone safely distanced from each other. However, you can still make an appointment for a hot tub for two, followed by two separate massages. Please note that the massages will start fifteen minutes apart.
If you are paying with a gift certificate, you will not be able to use your gift certificate to pay online but if you hold the appointment with a credit card the deposit can be refunded at check-in when you present your gift certificate. Discounts/ Birthday Special: To apply a discount to your appointment please enter the appropriate promo code during checkout. The promo codes can be found on the “Specials” tab on our website. Please note that you must present valid identification when you arrive for your appointment. If you do not present proper ID for the code you use, the appointment will be charged at the full price.
If you are scheduling a hot tub for more than two people, please select the “Covered Outdoor Pavilion” or “Indoor Acrylic Jacuzzi” and indicate the number of people in your party in your appointment notes. We allow groups of up to 3 people for the Indoor Acrylic Jacuzzi and up to 4 people for the Covered Outdoor Pavilion.
If you would like to schedule a Couple’s Massage, please be aware that we are not able to accommodate two massages in the same room at this time. You can still book two separate massages which will start 15 minutes apart from each other.
If you are scheduling an appointment for both the hot tub and massages, please be aware that the hot tub must come first! If your appointment is booked with a massage first, we will have to reschedule your services.
If you are scheduling a massage therapy appointment:
-Please be aware that you will not be able to choose a different massage therapist once inside the 12 hour cancellation window, or once you come in for your appointment.
-If you have had an appointment with one of our massage therapists before and would like to schedule with them again, please add their name to your appointment notes. You will need to select a day they are working on, so please feel free to give us a call for their schedules.
-If you need to make a specific request based on gender, after scheduling your appointment online, you will need to call prior to the 12 hour cancellation window and speak with a member of the front desk staff. We will do our best to accommodate you within our schedule.
-You will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of your service. Please do not remove your mask at any time throughout the massage.
Once you book your appointment, we will send you a link to an online safety form that must be filled out before you arrive for your services. You only need to fill out one form for each appointment. If you do not receive the link, please give us a call.
We require 12 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Cancellations must be made over the phone, during business hours. We are not able to take cancellations via email or voicemail. We appreciate your understanding!
